Sports Agility Camp (Body Physics)

The Sports Agility Camp helps athletes of all abilities move better, get faster, and play stronger. Through high-energy drills and dynamic training, campers build speed, coordination, balance, and overall athleticism while having fun.

Led by experienced coaches, the camp focuses on building confidence and teamwork in a supportive, high-energy environment. Ideal for athletes looking to elevate their game.

Session Dates & Times:

  • July 7 – July 10: 10:30 AM (Monday–Friday)
  • July 20 – July 23: 11:30 AM (Monday–Friday)

Ages: 7–12

Cost: $150 per student per week (4 sessions per week)
