2026 Update: Early Morning Swim for the 2026 season will start on May 11, 2026 (Monday).
The pool is open to adult lap swimming Monday through Fridays, 6am – 8am. Adult Early Morning Swim is supervised by 2 certified life guards. Please communicate with others in your lane if sharing a lane – circle swimming or splitting the lane.
Please sign in daily in the Log Book. Adult Early Morning Swim is for members only.
If there is a storm the night before, Adult Early Morning Swim is cancelled so the staff can clear debris and prepare the pool for daily opening.
